Terms of service
At Rainbow Bouncy Castles, safety is our top priority. We ensure our bouncy castles are a great choice to make your event memorable.
Safety First
Safety is paramount. With this in mind, Rainbow Bouncy Castles reserves the right to cancel any booking on the day if our operators feel there are factors that could jeopardise the safety of the users. All safety requirements outlined in our terms and conditions must be followed to ensure a safe and fun day.
You will be asked to sign our Hire Agreement Form upon our arrival and a Safety Installation Form after we have set up.
All our castles meet CE approvals, and we comply with NZ and Australian safety standards.
