Refund policy

At Rainbow Bouncy Castle, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the booked service time.
  • Cancellations or modifications can also be made using the confirmation email sent after booking, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the booking time.

Refunds for Online Payments

  • If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the booking time, a full refund will be processed automatically for customers who paid online.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
  • For bookings with no payment (e.g., cash on delivery), no charges will apply.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If the weather on the booking date is not ideal (e.g., heavy rain or strong winds), we may need to cancel the booking for safety reasons.
  • In such cases, we will contact the customer in advance to discuss options, including rescheduling or a full refund.
  • If the customer has already paid online, a full refund will be processed.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may incur a cancellation fee of $50 to cover administrative and preparation costs.
  • For cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to be present at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

  • Customers can reschedule their booking free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking time may incur a fee.
