Who sets up the bouncy castle?

Our professional Rainbow Bouncy Castle staff will handle the setup and takedown for you.

How long does it take to set up the bouncy castle?

Setup typically takes about 15 minutes, depending on the site and the size of the castle. Please note: setup and takedown times are not included in your rental hours.

When do I need to make the payment?

Full payment is made once we deliver the bouncy castle to your location. We provide a mobile EFTPOS machine for payment. Please note: we do not accept credit cards.

Can I extend my hire time after the bouncy castle is set up?

Yes, you can extend your rental time. Contact our staff to arrange additional hours and payment.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel within 2 hours of the booking, a $50 penalty fee will apply. However, if the cancellation is due to terrible weather (e.g., heavy rain or strong wind), the fee may be waived.

Does someone need to supervise while kids are playing?

Yes, at least one adult aged 18 or older must supervise the children at all times. We can provide staff for supervision at an additional cost of 40-60 per hour.

Can the bouncy castle be used in the rain?

Light rain is generally fine, but in heavy rain or strong winds, players must exit the castle slowly. Some of our bouncy castles come with rain covers for added protection.

Can I unplug the blower while people are playing inside the castle?

No, the blower must remain running at all times during play. Do not unplug or move the blower once the bouncy castle is set up.

Can the bouncy castle be in contact with a wall or tree?

No, our bouncy castles must not come into contact with walls, trees, or any other objects.

Do you supply mats?

Yes, we provide mats upon request or if we determine they are necessary for safety.

Can I hire a bouncy castle if my setup site doesn’t have a power supply?

Yes, you can still hire our bouncy castles. We will provide a power generator for an additional fee.

Can I buy a bouncy castle from Rainbow Bouncy Castle?

Yes, we do sell bouncy castles! We can custom-make bouncy castles ranging from 3 meters to 30 meters. Contact us for more details.
